Do you need to glue them?
No, they are self adhesive

Why do you heat them?
It helps activate the adhesive ensuring a longer lasting fit.

What do you heat them with?
Any safe heat source e.g. Infra red lamp, hairdryer. Just ensure that the nail film does not touch the heat source.

Are they only made for fingers?
No, we also have a special cut for toes in every nail art design.

Do you use nail varnish remover to take them off?
No! Simply lift the side and peel across the nail from side to side, rather than up or down.

How long do the nail wraps last on the nails?
Fingers stay for up to 14 days, toes for 4 weeks plus.

Are they easy to apply?
Yes, simply follow the instructions on the packaging or see the video on the website, or numerous videos on YouTube

Can we design our own nails?
Yes, however, not all nail art designs are either suitable or adaptable for nail sizes, but if you email us your design we can advise you.

How many nails are in a set?
The finger sets have 16 finger films, and the toe sets have 16 toe films, in various sizes to suit most nails.

What if they are too wide for my nails?
As the nails come in a variety of widths, this shouldn't be too much of a problem. However, they can easily be trimmed with scissors if necessary, but this is best done before removing the nail film from the backing.

What if the nail wraps start to peel off?
This can sometimes happen if you do not prepare your nails properly before applying the nail film. Your nails must be free from oil and grease. It is best to wash hands, and then use a nail varnish remover on your nails. Avoid handling moisturiser prior to applying the nail films.

Will they remain in place if I have a bath or shower?
Yes, water will not affect them at all.

Can I swim with them on?
Yes, but we do not recommend swimming the channel!! They may attract unwanted attention, such as sharks!!

Can I re-use them?
No, once they have been applied they cannot be re-used. However, as they are reasonably priced this isn't an issue.
