The 3 way buffer has sides which has different abrasion strengths.

Clean your nails using nail polish remover.

Use the gritty side to remove roughness, ridges and stains.

Start at the base of the nail and slowly work your way to the tip. Use back and forth motions across the nail gently for about 15 seconds. Avoid using this side if you have weak or thin nails.

Use the same technique with the less gritty side again for about 15 seconds. This can help to stimulate the blood flow which in turn stimulates nail growth. This is perfect for smoothing the nail surface.

To complete the look continue buffing the nails with the third side of the file this will give them a super glossy shine.

If applying Rebel Nail Wraps do not buff your nails to add a shine as the films will not adhere to the nails properly.
